The Océ Arizona 250 GT printer uses UV curable inks and Océ VariaDot imaging technology to deliver near-photographic image quality, includes a true flatbed platform to print onto a wide variety of rigid substrates, and features an optional roll-to-roll module for printing onto flexible media. The printer was previewed at the Specialty Graphics Imaging Association's (SGIA) Annual Convention and Trade Show in Las Vegas in September, and makes its worldwide debut at Océ OpenHouse in Poing, March 5-9, 2007.

The Océ Arizona 250 GT has been developed by Océ's research center in Vancouver, Canada. The new printing system enables ink droplets to vary in size and density, creating superior near photographic images (Océ VariaDotTM imaging technology). The Arizona 250 GT will be commercially available as off early 2007. The new printing system enables customers to decrease their graphic arts printing costs considerably.
