7. EFI to Acquire Raster Printers

FOSTER CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- EFI (NASDAQ:EFII), the world leader in customer-focused digital printing innovation, today announced that it agreed to acquire the remaining interest in Raster Printers it does not currently own for approximately $3 million in net cash proceeds plus an additional cash earn out amount that is contingent upon achieving certain performance targets.
