FLEXcon, a leading manufacturer of pressure-sensitive films and adhesives, announced that it has entered an agreement to acquire the business assets of the Graphics Division of Arlon, Inc. of Santa Ana, California, to form a company to be named Arlon Graphics, LLC, a new, wholly-owned subsidiary of FLEXcon.
